Kings v. Magic 12.06.14

The Magic are in town for this game, and one of my season ticket partner, Prince, wanted to bring our friend Joe to the game. Joe's a loyal Magic fan, so he had to come to this one.

I was able to get quite a few tickets to this game so I gave them out to some friends as well as some of my Instagram followers. I went up to their section to say hi to them during the game. It looked like they were having a great time out!

I brought Sasha along with me to this game. She's a great Kings fan, and it's fun to have her join me at the games.

We actually got some really nice seats for today's match up... pretty much center court and not too far up. The view of the action was perfect.

There were a lot of different performers on the court tonight besides the Kings. Quite a few local schools came out to perform routines for the audience. Above is a picture of a middle school band that played the national anthem.

This game was supposed to be a very winnable one. The Magic do not have a great record, but hey have surprisingly won quite a few games on the road already. I was a bit nervous coming into this game because this is the kind of game that the Kings tend to slip in.

The Kings fell behind early on but kept things petty close. The game could have gone either way, really... but in the end the Magic just had a bit more will than Sacramento did. They made the shots when they needed to while the Kings couldn't.

It was great to see the SKD out performing again. Yesterday they performed without their rookies in the squad. These performances included all the new SKD - it was fun seeing them on the court.

As always, the SKD go out into the stands to interact with fans. Here's a shot of Jenna helping some fans get onto the big screen for the Flex Cam.

Even though the Kings lost this game it was still a fun time out at Sleep Train Arena. Brittany and Cassie were at the doors saying goodbye to the fans as they left. The next game is on Monday.
