Tonight's game started out on a very musical note. A choral performance from the Natomas school district sang a rousing rendition of the national anthem. Natomas sort of took over the night as they had different performances in multiple are genres around the arena. Impressive.
The Utah Jazz were in town tonight. This team is an up and coming team with a .500 record. They don't really have a superstar player, but their ability to work together has gotten them some solid victories. This wouldn't be an easy team to beat.
It's a good thing we have Rajon Rondo on the team this year. His play has been absolutely spectacular with passes that just make your jaw drop. He had a number of assists tonight that would make anybody's highlight reel.
Here's an interesting shot of Rondo dribbling the ball. I love how the ball looks almost flat against the floor.
I love watching the bench whenever the Kings are on a roll. Those guys are always having fun and encouraging the guys on the court.
The SKD took the court for two awesome performances. This photo shows off their extreme flexibility and also precision with one another as they go through their routine.
Just like the SKD, the Kings flexed their muscle today and took the win versus the Jazz. The Jazz made things hard and never really went away, but couldn't overcome the Kings!
Victories bring smiles, and it was great to see Rudy Gay smiling during this interview. The next game is on Thursday against the Knicks. I'll be only attending the last part of that game. Hopefully I'll still get some decent shots though!
