Kings v. Grizzlies 11.3.15

Tonight the Kings would take on the Memphis Grizzlies. The Grizz lost the day before to the Warriors by like 50 points, so you know they would be coming in with some fight. Sadly, the Kings would be without DeMarcus Cousins in this game as he was out with an injury. It would be a difficult night for the Kings with their superstar missing.

One of the places I love being before the game is the high-five line. This is special opportunity for fans to get on the court and with the Kings good luck as they come onto the court. For many fans this is the closest they will get to the players. It is an exciting time and lots of fun for those who get to participate.

I love how Kings fans show up in droves even for middle of the week games like this one. The arena is a great place to congregate and hang out with each other. This building has been a centerpiece of Sacramento for a long time and this last season here will hopefully be a special one.

DJ Kapri Sun is up in the upper bowl providing music during parts of the game. I'm definitely going to have to come up here and hang out some more to get pics - the upper bowl is awesome - such a great view! There really is no bad seat in the house.

It was a treat to see the SKD Classics take on the court tonight. I didn't know that they were scheduled to perform, so I was just as surprised as the rest of the fans. The Classics are definitely a fan favorite and always get a rousing ovation after they do their thang!

The Pizza Guys pizza give-away is one of the most anticipated time-out events at the arena. I mean, who doesn't want some delicious hot pizza to enjoy??? And to be delivered by a Kings Dancer? Yes, please!

On the court Memphis proved to have that extra drive that teams seem to have after a big loss. They played will and defeated the Kings.

Without DeMarcus in the line-up, the Kings always seem to struggle. It'll be interesting to see if any players can step up and fill his enormous shoes!
